After 16 seasons with the club, Sergio Ramos knows no limits and keeps breaking records and reaching new milestones at Real Madrid. The Captain has scored his 100th goal for Real Madrid, an incredible achievement for a defender.
“It’s not every day you get your 100th goal and all the more so when you’re a defender. We’ve picked up a vital win”, explained the captain.
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez presented him with a special shirt for the occassion. The captain is the highest-scoring defender in Real Madrid and La Liga history
One of Real Madrid’s most important players in recent years, Casemiro, celebrates 250 matches with Real Madrid. The president presented the Brazilian with a commemorative shirt following the victory over Inter.
His impressive trophy haul with the Whites features the following pieces of silverware: four Champions League crowns, three Club World Cups, a pair of UEFA Super Cups, two LaLiga titles, a Copa del Rey and two Spanish Super Cups.
His 250 appearances have come across the following six competitions:
LaLiga (162), Champions League (55), Copa del Rey (20), Club World Cup (six), Spanish Super Cup (four) and the UEFA Super Cup (three). The 2017/18 season, in which he featured 48 times, was his best in terms of appearances. So far this term, he has been involved in 10 games and has scored once, in the away trip to Borussia Mönchengladbach.
