- Gareth Bale is in Tottenham’s offices in London
- The deal is expected to be made official very soon
Gareth Bale is already in London, at Tottenham’s offices. He has already said goodbye to his teammates yesterday before leaving for England today.
He landed in Lutton airport today, on the private plane ride with him was also Sergio Reguilon, another Real Madrid’ player who is signing for Tottenham Hotspurs. This has caused many Spurs fans to look for an opportunity to take a picture with them before they sign for their club.
The terms of the agreement between Real Madrid and Tottenham are yet to be confirmed. It’s reported that it’s going to be a one year loan deal, with Real Madrid pushing for two years and hoping that Spurs pay most of Bale’s wages.
The Sergio Reguilon transfer is more straightforward. It’s a permanent sale with the transfer fee expected to be around €30 million, but with a buyback clause included that’s expected to cost Real Madrid around €45 million should they decided to use it.
